As part of this recruitment programme, we are currently seeking a seawater site manager to operate our two cage site operations in the Loch Melfort area.
The ideal candidate will have a track record in delivering results within the aquaculture Industry, and be a hands-on leader who is committed to the welfare and standards that sets Kames Fish Farming Ltd as the premium producer of steelhead trout. They will be dedicated to a process of continual improvement, be open, honest and able to communicate clearly at all levels. The ability to think and plan ahead while maintaining close attention to detail is essential.
This role will suit someone who is already managing small teams and wants the opportunity to develop their all-round management expertise and commercial understanding.
